"Cherokee" 5yr old Mustang stallion
He was adopted by us as a yearling and gentled down quickly and easily. Beautiful disposition, very stout and has never shown aggression towards humans. He shows more of Spanish traits than the mare.

She was also adopted by us as a yearling with Cherokee. She is very laid back and great mother to her foals. She is just an all a round great mare.

BLM Mustangs
Mustangs often make good riding horses. Because of their inherent toughness, they are well suited to trails, mountians, endurance rides. Breaking and training takes time and patience, but the end result makes it all worth it.
Adoption
Freezemarking is a permanent, unalterable, painless way to identify each horse or burro. It is applied on the left side of the neck. The mark contains the registering organization (U.S. Government), year of birth, and registration number. Sample Freezemark
